I would recommend Shane in a heartbeat. He sold our home within one day of putting the sign up above the asking price - CASH. It happened so fast we were caught unprepared to move that quickly. We managed. We had the property listed a year earlier with another realtor very little activity only one open house in 9 months. My wife and I have been working with Shane over the last couple of years to find a home in St. George, UT. We made a few different offers throughout this time that were not accepted, but we never felt one bit of pressure from Shane after those rejections. He remained patient and steadfast in assisting us with our search for the perfect home. We finally found that home last month and just moved in a couple of weeks ago. Due to my work schedule, I couldn’t make it down to physically tour the property we purchased, Shane conducted multiple walkthroughs on video, hired the home inspectors, took care of the smaller repairs (I think some were out-of-pocket), basically, the entire process was seamless for us. My wife is 8 months pregnant, timing and convenience were huge factors for us in committing to this move; I doubt this would have been possible without Shane’s consistent efforts on our behalf. Let me precede this review by stating that I never take the time to write reviews. Yet, my extremely positive and rewarding experience working with Misty prompted me to write this review. There are many things that sets Misty apart, however the most prominent in our situation was her adaptability and responsiveness. We were home shopping from out of state and had a tight timeline and had to make last minute decisions on travel to do walk-throughs to buy a home. Misty was very accommodating with our travel/availability, closing timeline, and all the times we went back and forth on just about everything throughout the process. We already had a long list of homes we were interested in doing walk-throughs. Misty knew exactly what we were looking for, although our first trip out was a bust, chiefly due to our extensive home "checklist"--we had a lot of boxes we wanted checked because after moving as much as we have, we wanted this home to be our last home.
